How to use
Open the sheath longitudinally and scrape the seeds with the tip of a knife. Use the seeds directly in the mixture. The empty pod can be infused into milk, cream or sugar to take advantage of the remaining aroma.
Storage
Keep them in airtight container, at room temperature and away from light. Avoid the fridge. If dried, they can be rehydrated in warm milk before use.
